Job Description

  • Monitor all movements of store receipt and check expiry date.
  • Prepare store Receipt voucher.
  • Checking all invoices from NMC Trading & reconciling with the Supplier invoices.
  • Preparation of cost sheets for OT consumable.
  • Checking month end invoice report and reconciling with NMC trading and inform them for the non-receipt or missing invoices.
  • Requests for a credit note for material return in case of damaged items, short supply & inform the store in charges to recommend for suitable action.
  • To ensure all data receipt & issues entered in Tally on daily basis and prepare variation report.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Head of the Department.
  • Engages in the procurement, receiving and storage of vaccines as mentioned in the Safe vaccine handling and cold chain maintenance policy.
  • Coordinates with the concerned departments during vaccine indents.
