1. Inventory & Stock Management:
- Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock verifications.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
2. SAP SD Operations:
- Process goods receipts, issues, and transfers in SAP SD.
- Generate delivery notes, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Handle sales order, returns.
- Resolve discrepancies in SAP transactions.
3. Warehouse Coordination:
- Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure proper storage.
- Maintain warehouse safety, hygiene, and organization.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatches.
4. Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure all store documents (GRN, invoices, waybills) are updated.
- Follow SOPs for inventory control and audit readiness.
5. Team Supervision:
- Train and guide store staff on SAP SD processes.
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity.
6. Reporting:
- Prepare daily/weekly stock reports using SAP.
- Analyze inventory data and suggest improvements.
- May require standing for long hours and lifting heavy items sometimes.
- Full-time role with occasional overtime during audits/peak seasons.
