We are seeking an experienced Storekeeper to manage inventory and ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse or storage facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehousing, with excellent organizational and inventory management skills. This role involves overseeing stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods and materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Manage the ordering and replenishment of stock, ensuring timely procurement of goods. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to track deliveries and resolve any issues.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized and that goods are stored in an orderly manner. Implement and maintain effective storage solutions to optimize space and accessibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse management within logistics, transportation, or courier services.
