Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Enterprise Applications to lead the design, implementation, and

management of enterprise applications within the banking sector.

• Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of enterprise applications, including CRM, ERP, and other tools.

• Ensure these applications meet the banks operational, regulatory, and customer service

requirements.

• Provide expertise in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions to ensure adherence to

regulatory requirements.

• Implement and manage fraud management tools to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud risks

effectively.

• Analyze existing enterprise applications and recommend improvements for better efficiency and customer experience.

• Ensure seamless integration between various enterprise systems and the bank& core

infrastructure.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide tailored enterprise solutions.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure project success.

• Lead projects for the deployment of enterprise applications, ensuring on-time and within-budget

delivery.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in enterprise applications and recommend innovative tools to enhance productivity and customer service.

• Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of enterprise applications to ensure continuous

operations.

• Develop and implement policies for user access, data protection, and application security.
