Handle import and export (air/sea/land) customs clearance and documentation.
Maintain documentation records, including customs deposits and recoveries.
Negotiate rates with forwarders for sea, air, and road shipments.
Handle letters of credit (LC), nominate forwarders, and provide shipping instructions for import and export shipments.
Follow up with internal stakeholders and forwarders to ensure timely handling of shipments and adherence to arrival dates.
Prepare expense statements and submit them to accounts.
Maintain shipment tracker for orders and deliveries, and submit requested reports.
Highlight and escalate issues in the event of delays.
Check and ensure brand validity, and test reports; knowledge of IMCO classification is necessary.
Maintain direct contact with Branch planners, and WH providing and requesting all necessary information.
Actively participate in and contribute to all supply chain-related projects.
Maintain the product portfolio list.
Collect orders from planners and consolidate shipments whenever possible.
Coordinate with Sales, Planning, and Customer Service departments internally, and maintain close contact with branch and customer service teams, including vendors for shipments.
