- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics process, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock movements, and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee order fulfillment, tracking shipments, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Prepare and analyze supply chain reports, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to shipping, customs, and imports/exports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, procurement, production) to align on supply chain needs and requirements.
- Track and resolve any logistics or supply chain issues, such as delays or shortages, in a timely manner.
- Assist in forecasting demand and planning for inventory procurement.
