Our client, one of the leading IT Companies with presence in most of the middle east countries, specializing in medium to large software projects for various sectors like BSFI, Hospitality, Real Estate and Engineering for services to the B2B as well as B2C business.
The company is now looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager for its expanding needs to cater to the whole regional market. (Not India)
The role requires you to be an experienced HR professional with a strong track record in managing the Talent Acquisition requirements of a large corporate. Experience is required in managing Permanent Staffing and Hiring. Recruitment using Agencies and Partners, Direct Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Budgeting, HR Operations. Middle East Experience is essential.
