Our client is one of the largest and very well known Retail conglomerates in the middle east with huge showrooms in almost all the big malls and cities. A household name trusted by consumers for more than 40 years in the market. As part of their expansion and diversification, the company is hiring Telesales Executives who will be responsible to generate leads and market products of their strategic partners.
Job Responsibilities
The executives will be responsible for acquiring clients for Banking Products (Credit Cards) through telemarketing.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities
• Tele call to potential or existing customers to sell products using approved scripts
• Answer questions about products/handling objections and completing the sales.
• Updating customer information in the CRM.
• Ensuring all the product features explained properly and completing the sales with no after sales complaints.
• MIS & reports - Daily calls status, CRM updates, Sales data etc.
• Success ratio – Offering the right products to the customers, ensure calls target for the day are met.
