o Complete all necessary documentation with respect to each selection process, including antecedent verification, paperwork pertaining to visa requirement and feedback communication to unsuccessful candidates.
o Coordinate the joining formalities as well as induction and orientation with the concerned departments.
o Ensure applicable system updates, reports generation and record keeping in a timely and accurate manner.
o Provide recruitment assistance to senior HR team when required and undertake recruitment activity for assigned position from sourcing to selection or as advised, in accordance with recruitment policy/ established recruitment process for positions undertaken.
o Organize selection process with indenting department and arrange for and conduct interviews, administer trade tests (where applicable) and shortlist/ select suitable candidates to meet the manpower needs in an expeditious manner.
