Hardware & Software Support – Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain PCs, Macs, printers, mobile devices, IP phones, and software for end users.
Account & Access Management – Set up and maintain user accounts, distribution groups, passwords, and end-user profiles.
Incident & Documentation Management – Log, update, and close service calls using Service Manager tool; write manuals and reports.
Optimization & Continuity – Ensure hardware/software availability, optimize IT devices via configuration management, and participate in inspections/evaluations.
Advanced Support & Supervision – Act as acting supervisor, assist with complex/VIP issues, coach new employees, manage IT projects, and improve IT policies/processes.
Vendor & Event Support – Contact third-party vendors for maintenance/materials, research new technology, and provide support for local and international events.
Technical Skills Required:
Deep experience with SCCM, Experience with Shavlik patching tool , VB Scripting and PowerShell
