The Technician is responsible for a range of duties including kart maintenance, electrical installations, and racetrack upkeep, as well as assisting in event arrangements and inventory management. The role also involves marshalling duties, preparation of damage reports, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

1. Perform standard and specialized kart repairs, including engine tuning.

2. Conduct electrical installations within karts and racetrack facilities.

3. Assist in event logistics and racetrack maintenance, including painting.

4. Execute Marshalling duties and assist in track coordination.

5. Prepare reports on kart damage and manage spare parts inventory.

6. Monitor and guide Junior Mechanics, ensuring effective daily operations.

7. Maintain workshop cleanliness and adhere to Health & Safety guidelines.

8. Assist in event preparations and execution.
