Oversee all technology engineering (e.g. cloud architecture, network topology, integration layer) and evaluate them according to established goals 

Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by TASMU management 

Analyse the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs 

Assess of efficient and cost-effective technological components and software 

Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency 

Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management 

Coordinate IT managers and supervise computer scientists, technicians and other professionals to provide guidance 

Ensure that a clear vision and delivery plan for our technology and digital services transformation is communicated to all staff and that ongoing delivery is transparent and well-communicated across the group and that all dependencies and risk are well managed 

Develop, resource, maintain and deliver a backlog of development requests to support funded projects, transformation, continuous improvement and maintenance of TASMU Platform 

Plan and communicate the technical release plan, ensuring TASMU Programme teams and partners are advised and contribute 

Proactively removing impediments to productivity and progress toward continuous deployment 

Control budget and report on expenditure 

Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts
