Job Role Outline:
The BPO Associate will manage and coordinate various operational tasks within the Business Process
Outsourcing framework. This role includes communicating with candidates, conducting background
reference checks, maintaining data accuracy, and managing candidate and client interactions to generate
and pass on leads.
Job Responsibilities
• Communicate with candidates to assist the recruitment team with CV submissions and inquiries for
open roles.
• Conduct background reference checks for candidates before submission to operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records using Google Drive and Excel for team accessibility.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality for company records.
• Post job ads and relevant updates on social media accounts in coordination with the Digital Marketing
Specialist.
• Respond to inquiries and applications received through social media platforms.
• Collect, organize, and generate leads from various sources to hand over to the Operations Manager for
further processing.
• Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication for inquiries.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, with strong research and communication
skills.
• Handle calls to meet a set target number of contacts daily, while assisting in various operational tasks
as assigned by management, ensuring smooth workflow and support for the team.
Skill Requirement
• Experience in social media handling.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet research.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a BPO associate.
• Strong commitment to client and candidate relationships, demonstrated through responsive
communications via email, phone, or in-person.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to listen, maintain flexibility, meet deadlines, and work both
independently and as part of a team.
