To act on behalf of the Landlord as his representative to coordinate the Tenant's designs and technical review for the MEP works and fit out to ensure compliance with the Landlord's specifications, design guidelines, and lease requirements so the Tenant opens on the required opening date.

What you will do:

• Providing site survey for preparing the electromechanical LODs for the new commercial accounts in Business Park buildings.
• Ensure the handover to the Tenants is as per the Lease agreement. Handover allocated units to Tenants upon the nominated access date.
• Provide the required site review on behalf of the Landlord to ensure that the fitting-out process for commercial units is executed according to the design approved by the Landlord.
• Monitor construction progress and provide the required site survey for inspecting the MEP items in residential and commercial units to insure the units’ handover on time.
• Receive and attend to queries from tenants and their consultants concerning specification utilities available routing of services etc.
