· Develop detailed project plans for terminal expansion including scope, schedule, and budget.

· Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.

· Provide technical expertise and support during project planning, execution, and commissioning.

· Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

· Implement quality assurance procedures to ensure project deliverables meet specified requirements.

· Adheres to the HSSE Management System of the Terminal in line with the Authority Requirement.

· Conduct regular inspections and audits of Terminal construction activities.

· Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.

· Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

· Manage project documentation and records.
