What Will Your Day Look Like?
The Territory Development Executive will be responsible for developing and growing an assigned territory to achieve sales objectives by brand, category, and sub-channel. This will be accomplished through close collaboration with customers, sales team members (ASMs, Sales Executives, Merchandisers), and other internal departments.
How Will You Make an Impact?
· Achieve assigned sales objectives and targets in terms of volume, value, distribution, and execution, by brand, category, and sub-channel.
· Develop and grow the business by identifying and acquiring new outlets while retaining and nurturing existing customers.
· Accompany Sales Executives in the field to assess market potential and opportunities and provide insights and recommendations to management.
· Negotiate and sign Business Development Agreements (BDAs), including Long-Term and Short-Term Agreements, with potential customers to drive growth.
· Ensure optimal placement of company assets (e.g., chillers, stands, pallets, brand/category-specific displays) in prime locations within outlets to enhance visibility and boost sales.
· Provide timely and accurate feedback on customer behavior, market trends, competitor activity, and product performance within the territory to support informed decision-making and future planning.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and continued business development.
· Adhere to daily operational procedures and administrative requirements to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
· Demonstrate and act in accordance with Agthia’s core values in all business activities.
· Take full responsibility for the proper use and maintenance of company assets, including vehicles, mobile devices, and in-store equipment.
