Extensive QA Experience: Over 7+ years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong background in banking solution implementations.
Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of banking processes and payment systems, with specific experience in UAE Payment systems and core banking validations.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in tools such as Putty, SSH Shell, Rapid SQL, PL/SQL Developer, SQL Server, Citrix, ETL Informatica, and Crystal Reports.
Test Documentation: Proficient in preparing and validating RTMs, test cases, test strategies, test plans, and test closure reports.
Testing Expertise: Strong capabilities in functional, integration, and non-functional testing, including ETL using Informatica tool.
Automation Skills: Familiar with automation tools like UFT and Selenium, with the ability to assess feasibility and develop automation scripts.
Defect & Requirement Management: Experienced in requirement analysis, impact assessments, and defect tracking using Jira or similar tools.
Deployment & Validation: Skilled in deploying applications and packages on database and application servers, and validating services including ESB, APIs, and microservices.
Agile Methodology: Active participant in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes.
