· Assist in running the ticketing process smoothly and delivering a positive customer experience.
· Ticket operations: Assist in handling the ticket operations for events, including system
management, holds coordination, ticket requests and distribution process, onsite operations and customer service, sales reporting, and reconciliation.

TICKETING OPERATIONS:
· Assist in setting up ticketing systems for all COMPANY events, ensuring they are configured accurately.
· Collaborate with the senior manager to oversee ticket sales, monitor inventory, and address any discrepancies.
· Manage the ticket requests process for clients, partners, and any internal requests.
· Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, questions, and concerns related to ticket holders.
· Assist in resolving ticketing-related issues promptly and professionally.
· Assist in submitting the complimentary ticket allocations report for approval, following
COMPANY’s policies, procedures and audit requirements.
· Support the senior manager with onsite operations, including Box Office operations and access control.
· Support the reconciliation of ticketing revenue, tickets sold, box office sales, and event
upsells, ensuring accuracy and compliance with COMPANY’s policies and procedures.
· Generate sales reports and provide insights that help the decision-making to optimize sales performance.
Assist in forecasting ticket sales for all events, utilizing historical data, market trends, and relevant factors.
OTHERS:
· Execute grade requirements according to the Delegation of Authority (“DoA”) while
delegating tasks when appropriate.
· Ensure compliance with (i) relevant regulatory and legal requirements; and (ii) the Company’s governance structures e.g., Articles of Association, DoA, policies and procedures, trade license requirements, any relevant regulatory requirements.
· Execute requests from reporting line i.e., requests within the broad scope of the roles and responsibilities of this job description.
