The Tile Installation Team Leader – Senior Tile Mason oversees the high-quality installation of porcelain countertops and tiles in kitchen/outdoor BBQ areas. This leadership role requires expertise in porcelain material handling, precision, and craftsmanship to meet client specifications, as well as guiding and supporting a team to achieve excellent results.

Responsibilities

- Verify site measurements to ensure they align with approved drawings before beginning the installation.

- Cut, shape, and install porcelain countertops with precision, adapting to any specific site conditions.

- Handle porcelain slabs carefully to avoid damage during transport, preparation, and installation.

- Conduct pre-installation site checks to identify and resolve any potential issues for seamless fitting.

- Perform finishing touches, including alignment and any necessary adjustments, to achieve a polished, professional result.

- Guide and mentor team members on installation techniques and safety practices.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all health and safety protocols.
