The Tile Installation Team Leader – Senior Tile Mason oversees the high-quality installation of porcelain countertops and tiles in kitchen/outdoor BBQ areas. This leadership role requires expertise in porcelain material handling, precision, and craftsmanship to meet client specifications, as well as guiding and supporting a team to achieve excellent results.Responsibilities- Verify site measurements to ensure they align with approved drawings before beginning the installation.- Cut, shape, and install porcelain countertops with precision, adapting to any specific site conditions.- Handle porcelain slabs carefully to avoid damage during transport, preparation, and installation.- Conduct pre-installation site checks to identify and resolve any potential issues for seamless fitting.- Perform finishing touches, including alignment and any necessary adjustments, to achieve a polished, professional result.- Guide and mentor team members on installation techniques and safety practices.- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all health and safety protocols.

The CAD Designer is responsible for conducting site visits to take precise measurements, preparing CAD drawings (including nesting drawings), and creating cutting programs for waterjet operators. This role requires close collaboration with production and installation teams to ensure all components are accurately cut, fabricated, and installed according to approved designs and client specifications.Responsibilities· Conduct site measurements and check with contractors/clients to clarify their requirements.· Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure smooth processes.· Ensure that all submitted drawings align with client specifications.· Prepare nesting drawings and programming instructions for waterjet operations related to slab cutting.Visit the site at the installation date to share all details with the installer team.
