Job Opportunity: Timekeeper/Payroll Specialist

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Timekeeper/Payroll Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for accuracy, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to supporting operational efficiency, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of employee work hours and attendance.
  • Prepare and process payroll in a timely manner.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll and attendance.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations.
  • Generate reports on payroll and attendance metrics as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in timekeeping and payroll management.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Must hold a valid Saudi driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and payroll software is a plus.
