Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the design of Oil & Gas Modular Packages, with a particular focus on Chemical Injection Skids. This role requires a deep understanding of industry standards, excellent technical skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and engineering of Chemical Injection Packages, including Skids and Tanks, for onshore and offshore applications.Possess expertise in the design of Oil & Gas Modular Packages, including Metering, Unloading, and Loading Skids.Develop detailed engineering drawings, including Piping Layout, Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, P&IDs, Plot Plan, Equipment Layout, Isometric Drawings, Foundation Drawings, Skids Fabrication Drawings, Tanks Fabrication Drawings, General Arrangement Drawings, and Bill of Materials.Manage the entire engineering process, including design, drawings, technical queries, variation requests, and technical evaluation of offers from sub-vendors.Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and codes, including ASME Sec II, ASME Sec VIII, ASME Sec IX, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.8, API 674, API675, API 650, BS EN 14015:2004, Saudi Aramco Specifications & Standards, and Process Industry Practices (PIP).Demonstrate a strong understanding of welding and welding symbols (AWS & ISO).Proficient in the use of engineering software such as TANK, PV Elite, NozzlePro, Caesar II, StaddPro, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and CADWorx.Provide technical support to resolve factory and field issues.Perform calculations for structural members like skid structures, platforms, walkways, and tanks/vessels internals.Review and approve structural design calculations and pipe stress analysis reports.Ensure compliance with all access and maintenance requirements as per Aramco standards.Perform Analysis for Lifting, Transportation, In-Place Motion, Wind, Seismic, and Blast Conditions.Design of Pad eye, Spreader bar, selection of Slings and Shackles for safe lifting.Optimize material usage and implement cost-saving measures.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.Minimum 10 years of experience in the design of Chemical Injection Packages for onshore and offshore applications.Proven experience in the design of Oil & Gas Modular Packages.Strong knowledge of industry standards and codes (ASME, API, etc.).Proficiency in engineering software (TANK, PV Elite, NozzlePro, Caesar II, StaddPro, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, CADWorx).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must have prior experience working on Saudi Aramco projects.Desired Skills:Experience with Metering, Unloading, and Loading Skids.Knowledge of welding and welding symbols (AWS & ISO).Please note: This is a sample job description and may require adjustments based on your specific requirements and company culture.
