Candidates must have prior experience in Trade and Marketing within the FMCG industry not less than three years, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.

Applicants without FMCG trade/marketing experience will not be considered.

Strong knowledge of UAE retail channels (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Key Accounts) is mandatory

  • Proven track record in planning and executing trade promotions, in-store marketing, and distributor coordination.
  • Develop and implement innovative trade marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and drive sales growth in targeted markets.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, ensuring the brand remains relevant and competitive.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to design promotional campaigns and in-store displays that enhance product visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize trade budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment for all trade marketing activities.
  • Analyze sales data and consumer feedback to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product development and supply chain, to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Organize training sessions for sales personnel to ensure they are equipped with product knowledge and marketing strategies to engage customers effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors to enhance brand presence and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on trade marketing performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in trade marketing to continuously refine strategies and tactics.
