Strong experience in Traffic Management Design (TMD), Temporary Traffic Management (TTM), and Traffic Diversion Plans (TDPs)

Experience with Ashghal and MOI guidelines and approval processes

Proficiency in preparing Traffic Management Plans (TMPs), diversion layouts, and method statements

Experience in design review, site coordination, and implementation support

Strong understanding of road safety standards and compliance
