We are seeking a skilled System / Network Support Engineer to support the tunnel control, safety, and communication systems in the CSS department. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network and system infrastructure related to tunnel automation and safety systems.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot tunnel network and control systems.• Support installation, configuration, and commissioning of control and network systems.• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and communication issues.• Assist in implementing network security protocols and data integrity measures.• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to resolve technical issues.• Maintain documentation of network configurations, system changes, and maintenance activities.• Support preventive maintenance, backups, and system upgrades.• Respond to system alarms and incidents promptly to minimize downtime.________________________________________Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.• 2–5 years of experience in network/system support, preferably in tunnel or industrial automation projects.• Experience with LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP, routing, and switching.• Knowledge of SCADA, PLC, or other control systems is a plus.• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.________________________________________Skills Required• Network monitoring and troubleshooting• System installation, configuration, and maintenance• Familiarity with industrial control systems• Documentation and reporting skills• Communication and coordination skills________________________________________Preferred Certifications (Optional)• CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certification• SCADA/PLC or industrial control system certifications________________________________________
