- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with any issues or inquiries before, during, and after their travels.
- Stay current on travel trends, destinations, and industry changes to provide informed recommendations.
- Address and resolve any travel disruptions or client complaints promptly and professionally.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the company.
- Prepare and provide necessary travel documentation, including tickets, itineraries, and travel brochures.
