ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Executive to manage bank accounts and optimize fund usage.
The ideal candidate will monitor daily fund positions, prepare treasury reports, and update ERP systems
for accurate record-keeping. You will also support audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing bank accounts and optimize fund usage.

• Monitor daily fund positions.

• Prepare various daily reports on fund positions, bank charges, funding activities etc.
• Ensure bank receipts and payments records are updated into the ERP systems daily including bank
reconciliation.

• Support audits and reviews by providing necessary documentation and data.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to treasury operations.
• Ensure KYC records are up to-date with all the banks partners.

• Work closely with other departments (e.g., operations, accounting and compliance) to ensure

alignment of treasury activities with overall business objectives.

• Build and maintain relationships with customer, suppliers and various banking partners

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with online banking platforms (both local and international) and multi-currency
transactions.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite.

• Experience with ERP solutions, including Tally.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Detail-oriented with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
