- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project manager and engineers.
- Conduct competitive analyses of other government websites that operate in the same space
- Design a visually stimulating interactive website with simple, easy and user-friendly navigation to its different section and subsections using the TRA guidelines.
- Plan and design the information architecture for the website; what information should go where? Which elements are more important and should be given priority?
- Create a well-organized, value-driven framework for implementing UX design.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Determine information architecture and create sitemaps
- Structural design of user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets for Mobile and Web.
- Develop mock-ups, wireframe and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
