We are seeking a Vice President of CSR for our prestigious client-Abu Dhabi Government owned entity to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Community Impact Strategy, managing a significant portfolio of programs and partnerships that create lasting value for communities and stakeholders.

Position: Vice President – Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience: 10+ Years | Sector: Private (Real Estate or Construction preferred)

• Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and lead the organization’s long-term Social Impact Strategy and measurable KPIs

✅ Oversee a diverse portfolio of CSR programs, partnerships, and community initiatives

✅ Serve as the primary liaison with external partners, internal departments, and key stakeholders

✅ Manage and report against global sustainability frameworks (GRI, DJSI, CDP, EcoVadis, etc.)

✅ Lead the Worker Welfare Program, ensuring responsible and ethical labor practices

✅ Craft compelling sustainability communications including press releases, reports, and campaigns

✅ Coordinate data collection for sustainability and governance reporting

✅ Manage and deploy an annual CSR budget of up to AED 40 million

✅ Stay current with CSR trends, regulatory updates, and best practices
