Key Responsibilities: Waiter Service and Guest Experience

• Provide outstanding table service, attending promptly to the needs of guests throughout their dining experience

• Set up dining areas with meticulous attention to cleanliness, presentation, and readiness for service

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items efficiently and courteously

• Ensure compliance with all hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times

• Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests, addressing queries and requests with discretion and care

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure synchronised and efficient service

• Present bills and process payments accurately

• Assist with event set-up, service, and clean-down as required

• Monitor stock levels of service items and coordinate replenishment as directed
