We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Welding Supervisor with over 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will oversee all welding activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage welding operations, ensuring adherence to approved welding procedures and project specifications.

• Inspect and monitor welding processes, materials, and equipment to ensure quality and compliance with codes and standards such as ASME, API, and AWS.

• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and other teams to address technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.

• Conduct weld inspections, review weld maps, and maintain records of welding activities.

• Ensure proper qualifications and certifications of welders as per project requirements.

• Monitor and enforce safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

• Identify and resolve any defects or issues related to welding during fabrication or construction phases.

• Prepare daily reports on progress, manpower, and quality for management review.
