Looking for a workshop supervisor with experience in heavy vehicles

(Readymix, Prime mover trucks, pick-ups) for our Workshop in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing Of Night Shift Mechanic Vehicle Complaints And Log-In Job Cards
• Attending Tool Box Meetings, Maintaining Non-Admin Attendance
• Material Posting To Job Cards and checking
• Vehicle Complaints management, tyre management
• Review Material Requisition
• Delegation of job responsibilities
• Issue Gate Pass, work permits
• PM servicing
• Update and follow up for Spare Parts and job progress
• Follow Up Of Workshop Floor Activities
• NRT updating on Pending In Workshop For Repairs
• Job Card Closing, updating, NRT closing
• Review and Close Pending Job Cards
• Verify materials and spares
• Review repeated complaints
• Odometer report - check with ORBITS
• Prepare reports - as required by workshop manager
• Outside vehicle job summary and costs verification
• Fleet reporting
• Cost verification
• PM Plan Vs Actual Report
• Cost / KM Report
• Audit Documentation
