We are seeking a skilled Procurement Engineer with expertise in sourcing materials and equipment for water features and sauna projects.The Procurement Engineer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services related to water features, spas, and sauna works. This role requires strong technical knowledge, vendor management skills, and experience in handling specialized materials for luxury and hospitality projects.Source, evaluate, and procure materials, components, and equipment related to water features, swimming pools, spas, and saunas.Review project specifications and drawings to identify material requirements.Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.Prepare and issue RFQs, analyze quotations, and prepare bid comparison reports.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.Coordinate with engineering, construction, and finance teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, material submittals, and approvals.Stay updated on market trends and new materials or technologies relevant to water features and wellness projects.

Forecast and plan branch requirements based on sales trends, seasonal demand, and operational priorities.Inventory monitoring and controlling in terms of near expires as per the company policy.Analyzing the SOH & historical sales data for each item in the portfolio to ensure that purchase orders are placed in alignment with the suppliers lead time.Monitor branch stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to avoid shortages or excess inventory.Stock allocation between the divisions in alignment with each brand potential & targetWork closely with division managers to understand business needs and align resources accordingly.Develop and maintain branch performance reports, including sales, costs, and inventory utilization.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in branch planning and reporting.

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.Inspect electrical systems and equipment to identify and resolve issues.Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on construction projects.Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions.

· Perform routine maintenance as per NFPA 10, local fire codes, or manufacturer guidelines· Discharge, refill, and recharge extinguishers with the correct extinguishing agent· Conduct hydrostatic testing to check cylinder integrity· Inspect fire extinguishers for physical damage, corrosion, leaks, or missing parts· Check pressure gauges to ensure proper charge levels· Clean extinguishers and ensure labels and instructions are legible· Replace safety seals and tamper indicators as required maintenance of Firefighting System.· Inspection and Maintenance of Fire Rated Doors

o Minimum 5+ years of Gulf experience in maintenance activities. o Must hold an ITI certification or Diploma in the relevant technical category. o Must have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, fault identification, and on-site repair activities. o Must provide previous experience certificates for verification. o Must possess good communication skills in English (verbal and written).

The ideal candidate should have deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions and the ability to engage with stakeholders for implementation, configuration, and support.Key Responsibilities• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EPM modules – EBCS, PBCS, and FCCS.• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, reporting templates, and workflows.• Support month-end and year-end financial close activities and system enhancements.• Conduct UAT, end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
