- Forecast and plan branch requirements based on sales trends, seasonal demand, and operational priorities.
- Inventory monitoring and controlling in terms of near expires as per the company policy.
- Analyzing the SOH & historical sales data for each item in the portfolio to ensure that purchase orders are placed in alignment with the suppliers lead time.
- Monitor branch stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Stock allocation between the divisions in alignment with each brand potential & target
- Work closely with division managers to understand business needs and align resources accordingly.
- Develop and maintain branch performance reports, including sales, costs, and inventory utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in branch planning and reporting.
