1. HRIS Management & Data Analytics
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system to ensure accurate and real-time employee information for both white-collar and blue-collar staff.
- Generate manpower analytics and HR dashboards (headcount, attrition, overtime, productivity ratios).
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and confidentiality in line with company standards and UAE Labour Law.
2. HR Operations,
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including offboarding transfers, renewals, exits, and document control.
- Supervise data accuracy (attendance, overtime, shift differentials, deductions) and coordinate with Finance.
- Manage time and attendance systems across factory and office locations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory obligations.
- Manage and support disciplinary processes including investigations, documentation, issuance of warnings, and coordination with department heads.
3. HR Policy & Compliance
- Conduct internal HR audits to ensure compliance with UAE & GCC labour regulations.
- Partner with HSE and Admin for workforce welfare, insurance renewals, and accommodation management.
4. Employee Experience & Support
- Act as the HRIS focal point for employees and managers, ensuring system accessibility and issue resolution.
- Enhance employee experience through process automation and self-service functionalities.
- Support engagement initiatives, employee surveys, and HR operations improvement projects.
