•Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for fabrication, EPC, and industrial projects. •Review project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to develop accurate quotations. •Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to gather necessary inputs for estimates. •Ensure estimates comply with ISO, ASME, and oil & gas industry standards. •Use AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software/tools for calculations and documentation. •Analyze historical data, market rates, and vendor quotations for competitive and accurate pricing. •Participate in client discussions and support negotiation of commercial terms. •Maintain a database of estimates, rates, and project costs for future reference.

• Review and interpret drawings, welding procedures, and standards (ASME, ISO, etc.). • Conduct inspections and NDT methods (UT, RT, PT, MT) as per project requirements. • Prepare and maintain quality documentation and inspection reports. • Coordinate with clients, third-party inspectors, and project teams to resolve quality issues. • Monitor compliance with quality plans, ITPs, and project specifications. • Ensure quality assurance and quality control in fabrication and EPC projects.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute production activities for static equipment, process packages, well test & upstream packages, skids, piping, and steel construction. • Supervise fabrication, assembly, and installation processes to ensure timely and quality project delivery. • Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate execution. • Monitor workflow, resource allocation, and manpower productivity for optimal efficiency. • Ensure compliance with company standards, industry codes, and HSE regulations. • Identify and resolve production-related issues, bottlenecks, and delays. • Coordinate with design, quality, procurement, and project teams to meet client requirements. • Prepare production schedules, progress reports, and performance documentation. • Train and guide junior engineers and supervisors in line with project needs. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
