Responsible for providing technical support, managing Linux servers, diagnosing software and hardware issues, and supporting field devices (MNVR / IoT systems). The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, fast issue resolution, and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 1 and Level 2 (L1/L2) technical supportInstall, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux servers (Ubuntu Server)Monitor system performance and analyze logs to identify issuesDiagnose and resolve hardware and storage problems (SSD, eMMC, SATA)Support MNVR / IoT devices and ensure operational stabilityPerform software and hardware testing and document resultsPrepare clear technical reports for management and stakeholdersCoordinate with field technicians, factory teams, and external supportFollow IT procedures, security policies, and quality standards
