Design/Engineering Mechanical Works (HVAC, Plumbing Works, Process Piping Works & Industrial Mechanical Design)Estimation of complete project.Preparing technical submittal, Drawings according to the project specification & Design Criteia..Preparing design drawings and detailed shop drawing accordingly.Co-ordinate the Mechanical works along with the Electrical, civil trades (Architectural and Structural).Estimation of material requirements and ordering.Responsible for the over-all planning and preparation of execution work scheduleVisiting various sites and surveying site conditions.Attending project Design Review meetings and co-ordination meetings with the employer as well as main contractor/Client.Reporting to the Project Manager. Assistance in Preparing cost analysis for any additional works.Preparing as built drawings, O & M manuals.Following and attending consultant snags and closing the same, obtaining completion certificate.

Manage and oversee site operations, ensuring renovation works align with project timelines and quality standards.Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to specifications.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues that may affect project delivery.Prepare and maintain daily site reports, documenting progress, challenges, and updates for stakeholders.Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.Collaborate with architects and designers to address any design discrepancies and facilitate smooth execution.Review and approve shop drawings, ensuring all work meets specified design and engineering standards.
