Planning  the Day to day Cylinder delivery operations based on customer demandManage the drivers to ensure the  cylinders delivered safely and on TimeCoordinate and track the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery to clients and distribution centers.Time  and priority managementThrough Knowledge  of UAE roads and locationsFrequent communication and coordination with operations and customer service team to ensure the dispatch of orders on timeMonitoring the driver performance and KPISReport the safety incidence  and keep  track of it .Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries in the system.Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping and receiving documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists.Good Knowledge in DG  shipments ( Compressed gas / Cryogenic Liquids ),Dubai customs, SIRA , MOFA ,Dubai Chamber  Dubai Municipality  approvalKnowledge of local shipping regulations and documentation.Communicate with suppliers, customers, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any shipping or delivery issues.Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in line with company policies.Monitor inventory levels, perform stock checks, and report discrepancies.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in logistics operations.Assist in managing relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors.Track and manage shipment schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met.Assist in optimizing transportation routes and reducing shipping costs.Provide administrative support to the logistics department, including preparing reports, schedules, and other documentation.Track the vehicle registration , EHS  , DCD permits and manage the renewalsKeep a track of preventive and corrective maintenance listHelp resolve issues related to damaged or missing goods and work with suppliers or customers to find solutions.Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory levels align with demand and supply requirements.Assist in organizing warehouse space efficiently and safely for storing inventory.

Principal Accountabilities:Taking leadership for project analysis and financial modelling in support of tender and contract negotiations, for both new business and rollover of existing business contracts. This will include cashflow analysis of often complex dynamics within capital investment appraisal projects, and may also include joint venture structuring and acquisition analysis.In addition, the incumbent will provide core financial support to deal structuring, risk assessment and will be a key participant in driving internal decisions and seeking approval in line with corporate policies and governance.The role requires the individual to have a strong interface with the Commercial team, Senior management, Engineering and with the Accounting, Treasury, Tax and Law functions.
