Our client well-known medical center in Kuwait is expanding its services by opening a brand-new state-of-the-art hospital. The opening is planned for 2024. They are hiring healthcare professionals to help make this new general boutique hospital a success and the preferred place of treatment for people living in Kuwait. What we offer Your salary is a tax-free all-inclusive salary! You will have direct and permanent employment with our client for either 2 or 3 years; They offer 30 days of annual paid leave and annual study leave depending on your position; Your salary can be increased by their commission scheme if applicable; They cover healthcare insurance or treatment and provide you with medical malpractice insurance and other benefits as per company policy. Who you are You are an experienced Specialist in internal medicine, committed to your patient's health. You communicate well with colleagues and patients alike. Your expertise lets you diagnose, treat, and care for adults with diverse health needs. Education & Qualifications: MBBS + Masters + Highest Qualification (PhD/MD/Board/Fellowship); Experience not less than 15 years, 9 years after the high qualifications will get Consultant level license; Experience not less than 9 years, 3 years after the high qualifications will get Specialist level license; Willing to relocate to Kuwait. Description You will be a Consultant/Specialist Internal medicine physician who will apply scientific knowledge and clinical expertise to the diagnosis, treatment, and compassionate care of adults across the spectrum from health to complex illness.  Your main tasks will be: Diagnosed adult and pediatric patients with problems and recommended them specialists if needed; Order the needed laboratory procedures for comprehensive diagnosis; Prescribed medications for patient illnesses; Conducted daily patient rounds in order to monitor progress; Formulated discharge plans for Ready to discharge patients; Treat Patients with minor illnesses on an outpatient basis; Follow-up with patients regarding their adherence to outpatient treatment; Conducted research about improving medication compliance in patients who follow up at the Hospital’s Outpatient Department; Assist consultants in diagnosing, treating and discharging their patients; Conduct patient rounds to monitor compliance with medication, progress and recovery; Attend regular meetings involving professionals who are a part of the healthcare team; Follow protocol set by the directors of the health clinic, adhering to medical ethics and standards, and provide recommendations in updating protocol if needed.

Description you will be responsible for: Responsible for initial assessment, requesting the investigation, analyzing the rest results, diagnosis, treatment, and re-assessment on follow-up; Prescribe or administer therapy, medication and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness or disease; Explain procedures and discuss diagnostic results or prescribed treatments with tile patients and attendants; Responsible for monitoring the patient's condition and progress and re-evaluate / re-assessment and treating the patient accordingly; Will refer patient to other specialists when necessary, also consult with, or provide consulting services to, other physicians whenever requested; Authenticate and sign the medical record/ progress notes with date, time and employee ID number and stamp every time. You will also review and countersign all junior medical staff notes related to patients; Perform diagnostic or therapeutic procedures specifically according to the qualification, licenses, training & experience; Responsible for approving the Discharge Summary, follow-up and Medical Report of the patients; Ensure the implementation of all the approved policies and procedures, rules, regulations, protocols, guidelines and clinical pathways that guide and support the provision of clinical services; On-Call as per hospital policy, as needed and will assume the duties of Coordinator of the Department; Participate in the provision of clinical/academic activities of the hospital.
