· Prepare business development plan· Consistently perform market research and identify new business opportunities.· Prospect, negotiate and close new potential clients.· At the time of client acquisition, to have the maturity and experience of how best to negotiate the commercial terms for a win-win situation.· Acquire and qualify search mandates from new and existing clients.· Manage the mandate execution process from creating the search strategy, candidate mapping list (long and short), candidate interactions and assessments, candidate introductions to clients, managing the interview process, managing negotiations on behalf of client and candidate, facilitating offer close, supporting in candidate joining, etc.

Within the Psychiatry department, services are extensive, covering Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry. The Psychology department provides a spectrum of child services, ranging from psychometric assessments addressing learning difficulties and developmental delays to therapeutic interventions. Additionally, adult services encompass a broad range of interventions, from counselling for personal and emotional issues to addressing severe and complex mental health problems.Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.CDA / DHA licensure.Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages is a must.Clinical expertise in conducting psychological assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based therapy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and collaboration.Knowledge of healthcare regulations and guidelines specific to clinical psychology in the UAE.

Required Education and ExperienceDoctor of Medicine degree or equivalent from an accredited school of medicine from a reputable Institution/Educational background in relevant medical discipline (MBBS).3 years of specialty training with certificate of completion.5 years post qualification experience at Consultant or Specialist level in a clinical setting.Board Certification from the UK, US, Canada or Europe.DHA licensed or meets licensure requirements for DHA.Bi-lingual (English and Arabic proficiency preferably).
