Support Operations Planning & Support Department on data and graphical output to effectively communicate complex ideas in simplified formats including but not limited to creating visual communications output such as presentation slides deck, periodic reporting forms, event promotional flyers and similar graphical design materials for Operations Division.•Maintaining and improving Operations Planning IT Systems, Databases, Templates, and Dashboards including collecting, cleansing, and interpreting data sets to present statistics and trends for Operations Management decision making.•ADNOC Classification: Internal•Provide technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.•Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.•Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets. Working with management to prioritize business and information needs.•Analyse business objectives and develop data solutions to meet business needs, e.g., performance management system.•Improve and customizes current data solutions to meet business line requirements.•Implement proactive methodologies and technologies for effective data management including but not limited to collecting, analysing, and reporting on different data sources.•Develop robust databases and reporting templates for the business line.•Coordinate in reporting and data communication enhancements and modifications.•Interact with related Divisional and Corporate Functions such as Plant Operations, Maintenance, IT, Engineering and Technical Services, Asset Planning, Human Capital, Communications, Corporate Planning, etc., to gather data management requirements related to Operations Division to translate into relevant statistical and graphical layouts•Research new and existing data sources to contribute to new development, improve data management processes, and make recommendations for data quality initiatives.•Perform periodic data quality reviews for internal and external data. Ensure timely resolution of queries and data issues.•Develop, analyse, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow•Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent•Conducting regular reviews of systems and reports on efficiencies and improvement areas•Structuring and prioritizing business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval.•Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.
