Roles & Responsibilities As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following: Implement corrosion management program and on-stream monitoring. Troubleshoot and provide technical support for running HC facilities Conduct risk-based inspection based on API-580 methodology. Review and approve recommended solutions for coating failures and cathodic protection. Participate in HAZOP review sessions and ensure that all issues are addressed. Manage water treatment program and recommend solutions to overcome challenges. Review design packages and validate materials selection based on current code and standards. Validate corrosion controls, corrosion loops and corrosion damage mechanisms frequently. Assess feed composition changes and approve recommend solution to assure assets integrity. Develop scope and description of technology items, and lead field implementation. Develop and transfer knowledge about use of coating, CP, corrosion inhibitors and other corrosion controls and best practices. Desired Candidate Profile As the successful candidate you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineer. You should have a minimum of 12 years’ experience, with a strong preference for 15 years’ plus, in processing in Oil/Gas industry, material science and metrology, different NDT technology and their applications and knowledge in engineering aspect of welding. Knowledge of the international standards and codes NACE, ASME, API and ASTM especially inspection and corrosion standards such as API-571, API-580, API-570 and API-510 is required. You should hold a valid NACE Specialist Certification or NACE Senior Corrosion Technologist or combination of NACE Corrosion Technologist, API-571 and NACE CP level II.

Roles & Responsibilities The Employee Engagement and Wellbeing Executive will support in delivering an employee engagement and retention strategy for the organization including communication, and overall well-being for employees. The role will work with HR Heads and Business Partners to create an organization wide employee well-being and engagement strategy and be responsible for developing a survey process and metrics that will enable the organization to track employee engagement progress. Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement and well-being strategy. Work with Unit HR Business Partners, COE’s and Shares Services to develop strategies and demonstrable links between engagement and the strategic goals. Work with external partners, HR Leadership, and human resource managers to design, deploy, and evaluate effective and efficient engagement surveys. Help managers to determine the links between engagement and outcomes such as turnover, healthcare costs, grievances, and job satisfaction. Work with cross-functional teams to identify unique division/location needs while balancing the overall purpose and requirements of the employee engagement strategy. Strategically collaborates and builds relationships across functional divisions, corporate entities, and key external stakeholders. Develop employee recognition strategies by reviewing, evaluating, and making recommendations for the departmental recognition programs. Use employee engagement metrics such as personal growth, well-being and relation with peers, relation with managers, recognition, wellness etc. to ensure that employees are engaged at work and maintains strong relation with managers. Identify and implement metrics to measure performance in these areas and to develop action plans and objectives to continuously improve. Report statistical information that shows progress towards KPIs. Participate in ongoing analysis of key data identifying trends. Ensure that employee engagement reduces employee attrition and improve the ROI. Desired Candidate Profile Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management/ Master’s in psychology or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a relevant role. Advanced HR certification preferred.
