Purpose of the Role: The Operations Auditor will be responsible for monitoring operational standards across all venues, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety procedures, brand execution consistency, and correct revenue-handling practices. The role focuses on identifying gaps, evaluating adherence to SOPs, and recommending improvements to enhance operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular audits across assigned venues Monitor compliance with operational SOPs, safety guidelines, and brand standards Evaluate revenue-handling processes and identify any discrepancies Prepare clear audit reports highlighting findings and suggested corrective actions Follow up on action plans to ensure timely resolution of issues Support venue teams in strengthening processes and implementing best practices Maintain documentation of audit results and improvement measures Preferred Backgrounds: Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: ✔ Hotels – Quality Assurance / Brand Standards Auditing ✔ Retail or F&B – Operational or Standards Auditing ✔ Aviation or Cruise – Operational AuditingQualifications & Skills: Experience in operations, audit, or quality assurance roles Strong attention to detail with analytical and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and reporting abilities Ability to work independently and travel between venues as required Familiarity with SOPs, safety standards, and compliance processes Job Type: Full-time
