You will get required training and continuous support from our corporate office.Please note there is no fixed salary instead you will get a very generous revenue share for the deals closed by you.Key Responsibilities:Ability to network and build good connection with decision makers in HR and L&D departments of organizationsWork with a go-getter mindset to generate outbound prospects (with cold calls, emails & LinkedIn) and qualify them through continuous follow-upsMaintain active engagement with leads through informed, strategic, and creative follow-upsSchedule demo calls and sales meetings with our corporate sales teamAssist in the sales process and act as first point of contact for prospectsBuild a solid understanding of the industry and sales process to spark meaningful conversations with prospects
