Training & Awareness:Ø Organize safety training and awareness programs for all employees and contractors to ensure they understand and follow safety protocols.Ø Provide specific training on the safe use of equipment, handling of hazardous materials, and emergency response actions.4. Incident Reporting & Investigation:Ø Investigate and document all accidents, injuries, or near-miss incidents that occur on-site.Ø Prepare detailed reports and provide recommendations to prevent future occurrences.Ø Liaise with insurance providers, legal teams, and regulatory bodies for incident documentation and compliance.5. Safety Equipment & Maintenance:Ø Ensure that safety equipment (PPE, fall protection gear, fire extinguishers, etc.) is available, in good condition, and regularly maintained.Ø Oversee the proper usage of safety equipment by employees and contractors.6. Emergency Response Planning:Ø Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios (e.g., electrical hazards, fires, equipment malfunctions).Ø Coordinate emergency drills to ensure readiness for emergencies such as tower collapses, electrical hazards, or natural disasters.7.
