Assist in the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding of employees-Monitor Addition, Deletion in the health insurance contract, Coordination with Insurance company and the employees at the time of claims- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements- Manage visa processing, employment contracts, and renewals in coordination with PRO- Monitor and process attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication- Ensure timely performance evaluations and assist in employee development plans- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions professionally- Stay updated with the latest UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
