Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including quotation requests from Suppliers, coordinating technical requirements, and managing tender document files.Collaborate with the Tender department for technical documentation and submission.Monitor and maintain accurate records of tender submissions and deadline.Facilitate tasks such as obtaining quotations, managing technical documents and pre-qualifications, and communicating with suppliers/subcontractors as needed.Support project managers and team in coordinating commercial documents, quotation updates, and overall tender documentation.Maintain organized records and ensure all administrative paperwork is up to date and compliant with company standards.
