This position reports directly to the Group CEO and involves providing high-level consultancy support to address business challenges and implement strategic solutions. The role focuses on improving the group’s operational model and assessing organizational performance to foster continuous enhancement.Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscapes,and business opportunities.Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives (Business Case) to drive revenue growth and enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and execute strategic initiatives effectively.Provide guidance and support in decision-making processes to senior management.Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments.Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Develop data-driven business cases to justify transformation initiatives.Lead the setup and execution of the Strategy & Growth Office (SGO), including project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.Support turnaround initiatives for assets and portfolio at both asset and group levels.Manage performance by tracking progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals and identify areas for improvement.Excellent in developing business cases and financial models to evaluate potential strategic initiatives.Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel and statistical software.Strong business judgment and leadership capabilities.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and organize tasks efficiently.Experience and understanding of business operations and procedures, including knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects and initiatives.
