DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES· Agree sales targets and take any actions required to achieve the Targets set.· Pro-Actively identify new projects and secure enquires.· Manage personal time to maximise customer interaction.· Ensure Pipe Drive is updated regularly.· Build strong working relationships with customers· Generate customer quotations· Follow up on quotations and close sales with customers.· Work with customers to offer design solutions for selected brands.· Maintain and report on; personal sales figures / order book values / significant enquiries· As a senior member of the team support the development and growth of team members and junior colleagues.· Contribute to the team success sharing new sales opportunities and strategies.
